Massive results! I cannot believe how effective this powder is! Since I've been taking it for about a month, primarily around the time of intercourse, I haven’t had any urinary tract issues. It comes as a white powder with little taste. The dosage is one teaspoon, and it dissolves well in cold water. I read many reviews before trying it, but my fertility consultant mentioned its benefits.

Effective for cystitis

It's worth a try. I now live near the cold ocean, and my recurrent cystitis returned, developing into pyelonephritis last summer. I started a course of urovaxom and d-mannose, taking a teaspoon at night. Years ago, mannose capsules helped me break the cycle of cystitis. The powder formula works well too, and I'm currently doing fine after five months. I hope to forget about cystitis for a long time, and I plan to switch to taking it after intercourse or hypothermia.

Lifesaver for inflammation

Cystitis often occurs with any hypothermia, especially in the cold season. Mannose is a lifesaver for me; I took it for two months previously. Inflammation is now rare, but I always keep it in my medicine cabinet. At the first sign, I take it for about two weeks, and it clears up. I appreciate that it’s not in capsules, as I already take enough medications (omega, multi, vit D3, collagen). I find that diluting it in cranberry juice works best for me.
